1. Why Brighter LED lights are different?
What makes Brighter LED Lights different, is the utilization of brand new technology; such as TIR (Total Internal Reflection) Lenses, Multi-Surface Reflector plus Lens Optical System, ETM(Electronic Thermal Managment)Technology etc. These are the far more efficient ways to collect more lumens and project it forward making the brightness of lights superior to others.
2. How do you control the quality of a light?
During the R&D stage, we have comprehensive testing including Integrated Sphere for Optic Parameter Test, Vibration Test, EMC Test, High&Low Temperature Test, Salty and Spray Test, Waterproof Rating Test, Aging test, Beam Patterns Test, Angel Test etc. All products are released on the condition that pass all these essential testing.
Before carrying out production, from the aluminum housing, end caps, PCB's, screws, and lenses etc. we have a seriously strict quality control system.
In the process of production, our trained QC team inspect products by checking the current, waterproof function, life span, appearance etc. Every piece of LED Light should be approved for strict inspection and ensure that there is no defect such as moisture, LEDs getting darker or working improperly before delivery.
3. Any warranty for your products? If so, details of warranty & how it works.
We hope that quality problem will never happen to you. Warranty is a reflection of our confidence on what we manufacture. All products have passed seriously strict testing and defective rate is extraordinary low. Once quality problem occurs, we will be responsible for it till the end.
Generally, we give you TWO-years warranty. Within the warranty, we will be in charge of it if any quality problem arises.
4. When will the products be delivered?
In general, we will arrange delivery within 10-25 working days. However, the delivery time would be a little longer if you have special requirements on product or an extremely large volume of order, and final delivery time needs to be confirmed by discussing. If there is any delay, you will be contacted via Email and get estimated delivery date.
