1.Does BRTLED adopt public mould? Absolutely Not, all products as you can see on the website are self-developed and professionally designed by our engineers. 2.Why Brighter LED lights are different? What makes Brighter LED Lights different, is the utilization of brand new technology; such as TIR (Total Internal Reflection) Lenses, Multi-Surface Reflector plus Lens Optical System, ETM(Electronic Thermal Managment)Technology etc. These are the far more efficient ways to collect more lumens and project it forward making the brightness of lights superior to others.
3.Does your products have any certification? Yes, We, BRTLED, ISO9001 Quality Management System certification was awarded. All BRTLED lights are CE and E-Mark certified. Our Hot-selling 7 inch head light (BLHL7R) has been approved by DOT, E8 (ECE-R112 & ECE-R7) and 6 inch driving light (BL0510R-D) also obtain EMARK approval.
4.How do you control the quality of a light? In the process of production, our trained QC team inspect products by checking the current, waterproof function, life span, appearance etc. Every piece of LED Light should be approved for strict inspection and ensure that there is no defect such as moisture, LEDs getting darker or working improperly before delivery.
5.Any warranty for your products? If so, details of warranty & how it works. Being the distributor with BRTLED Brand, it means selling products with BRTLED Logo and utilizing BRTLED Color Box, you will have two-year warranty; For Non-BRTLED Brand Distributors, one-year warranty. Within the warranty, we will be in charge of it if any quality problem arises.
6.When will the products be delivered? In general, we will arrange delivery within 10-25 working days.
7.What are my payment choices? T/T and Paypal are available.
8.Do you have any Market Protection Strategy? How? All BRTLED products have been patented. 12.Will BRTLED Lights interfere with other electronics in the vehicle? No, we guarantee that our BRTLED lights won't have EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) problem. Being a professional manufacturer, we set up a high standard for a light of design and have comprehensive tests at R&D stage and production process.
13.What's ETM technology? ETM means Electrical thermal management, which can lower the current automatically when the light working temperature getting high. That's to say, ours are 2.3 years longer life.
