60w light (BL0610R) is adopted unique self-develop design and advanced technology, materials are in high-end class , leading its light efficiency 40% higher than the similar products in market, and life span is longer too. More detail explanation like as below.
1. TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optical Lens System is specially designed by our professional engineers, it makes lights being fully output that little light is to be wasted, the light transmittance more than 95%. At the same time, light distribution is smooth and even without bad spot at all.
2. ETM (Integrated Thermal Management) Technology can intelligently control the current and voltage keeping light work stable when its working temperature high or external temperature low, it be good to make sure life span lasting longer. The light can work at wide temperature environment -40~+60 degree celsius.
3. IP68 Waterproof and ventilated Breather which can equalize the pressure caused by the sealed lamp structure to adapt the changing environment, and keep the gas exchanging well inside the lamp cavity and prevent dust and water from the cavity. All lights are strict tested to make sure waterproof reaching IP68, 100% gurantee before shipping.
4. Light structure is strong and lamp's anticorrosion is good. After 60 hours intense vibration test the parts of light are not loosened at all. And lights go through 300 hours salty test and corrosion test, it would prove lights are with good anticorrosion, so lights can be suitable to use in humid and high-salty environment.
5. Over/Under Voltage Protection; Reverse Polarity Protection; UV & shock resistant.
