1.Does BRTLED adopt public mould?
Absolutely Not, all products as you can see on the website are self-developed and professionally designed by our engineers. As you know, the optic component is the core parts of a light, which determine brightness output, distribution etc. by collecting, reflecting and refracting a light. Our optic component is specially designed in accordance with lighting source and the structure of a light with up-to-date technology. Therefore, the optic system have a good match with led lighting source so as to makes light being fully output, the light transmittance is more than 95%. However, by utilizing lens or reflectors made by public mould, it will fail to match well with the lighting source so that waste a part of optical efficiency and make their performance much lower.
2.Why Brighter LED lights are different?
Other than the fact that our lights are exceptionally high quality, the question everybody asks when it comes to LED lights is how many lumen does the LED light have, but the question should be, how many lumen is projected forward?
What makes Brighter LED Lights different, is the utilization of brand new technology; such as TIR (Total Internal Reflection) Lenses, Multi-Surface Reflector plus Lens Optical System, ETM(Electronic Thermal Managment)Technology etc. These are the far more efficient ways to collect more lumens and project it forward making the brightness of lights superior to others.
3.Does your products have any certification?
Yes, We, BRTLED, ISO9001 Quality Management System certification was awarded. All BRTLED lights are CE and E-Mark certified. Our Hot-selling 7 inch head light (BLHL7R) has been approved by DOT, E8 (ECE-R112 & ECE-R7) and 6 inch driving light (BL0510R-D) also obtain EMARK approval.
4.How do you control the quality of a light?
During the R&D stage, we have comprehensive testing including Integrated Sphere for Optic Parameter Test, Vibration Test, EMC Test, High&Low Temperature Test, Salty and Spray Test, Waterproof Rating Test, Aging test, Beam Patterns Test, Angel Test etc. All products are released on the condition that pass all these essential testing.
Before carrying out production, from the aluminum housing, end caps, PCB's, screws, and lenses etc. we have a seriously strict quality control system.
In the process of production, our trained QC team inspect products by checking the current, waterproof function, life span, appearance etc. Every piece of LED Light should be approved for strict inspection and ensure that there is no defect such as moisture, LEDs getting darker or working improperly before delivery.
5.Any warranty for your products? If so, details of warranty & how it works.
We hope that quality problem will never happen to you. Warranty is a reflection of our confidence on what we manufacture. All products have passed seriously strict testing and defective rate is extraordinary low. Once quality problem occurs, we will be responsible for it till the end.
Being the distributor with BRTLED Brand, it means selling products with BRTLED Logo and utilizing BRTLED Color Box, you will have two-year warranty; For Non-BRTLED Brand Distributors, one-year warranty. Within the warranty, we will be in charge of it if any quality problem arises.
6.When will the products be delivered?
In general, we will arrange delivery within 10-25 working days. However, the delivery time would be a little longer if you have special requirements on product or an extremely large volume of order, and final delivery time needs to be confirmed by discussing. If there is any delay, you will be contacted via Email and get estimated delivery date.

11.Does your 7 inch head light have anti-flickering function?
Yes, our 7" LED head light(BLHL7R) is interiorly designed with the anti-flickering adaptor which would not cause any flickering when installing on the Jeep Wrangler. As you know, once such a problem occurs, the only way to fix should be equipped with the anti-flickering adaptor. Undoubtedly, it will increase purchasing cost because need to purchase extra adaptor besides the light itself.
12.Will BRTLED Lights interfere with other electronics in the vehicle?
No, we guarantee that our BRTLED lights won't have EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) problem. Being a professional manufacturer, we set up a high standard for a light of design and have comprehensive tests at R&D stage and production process. Furthermore, any EMI issue with our products arises, can be found immediately because we have EMC testing in order to ensure its electromagnetic compliance.
13.What's ETM technology?
ETM means Electrical thermal management, which can lower the current automatically when the light working temperature getting high.
If you don't use ETM technology, the light's brightness will be reduced when it gets overheated because the junction temperature of LED chip is controlled at 100 degrees. (The brightness will fade dramatically when it exceeds 120 degrees, if it is more than 150 degrees, the light will be burned. Our ETM technology is well controlled on the PCB at 80 degrees, and the PCB has been increased with temperature transmitter and Control IC to adjust the temperature automatically. Utilizing ETM technology can help in extending the lifespan of LED lights, now it reaches 50,000+ hours without luminance decrease, while other lights' life time are no longer than 30,000 hrs. That's to say, ours are 2.3 years longer life.
